We are Architecture Experience Inc.

Architecture Experience Inc. is a licensed architecture firm operating in Florida and Texas founded by Architect Matthew Ostrowski in 2013. We provide as-built-measurement services of existing buildings, file conversions, as well as drafting and 3d modeling services in South Florida.

We laser measure your building and then prepare custom drafted documents off-site. You will receive measured drawings as PDF floor plans, CAD floor plans, including an area analysis, area certification letter as well as both conventional and 360 panoramic photographs.

We have measured hundreds of buildings using precision laser measurement tools in our own designs and our client’s projects.

Our clients include property owners, property managers, architects, real estate agents, and interior designers.  We have over ten years of professional field measuring experience. Our experience includes working on architectural plans and interior design projects, which is essential if you are in need of accurate information.

Measured Drawings for Architects and Interior Designers

We work with interior designers and architects to provide accurate existing conditions and “as-built” measured floor plans for design purposes. Plans, elevations, ceiling plans, and other drawings are then used for space planning, furniture placement and layout of floor materials, window treatments, wall finishes, etc.

For interior designers and architects, we highly recommend comprehensive documentation of interior elements for design review, including building systems such as mechanical, electrical, lighting and plumbing, millwork, material finishes, and details, to improve the design process.

We are a fully licensed architecture firm that offers architectural, permitting and construction administration services to our customers. We partner with other design professionals and believe that collaboration is critical for success.

Lease Plans for Realtors

Commercial space floor plans, or lease plans, are an effective way of showing commercial spaces in great detail. When leasing spaces to potential tenants, our clients will be able to showcase commercial space with leasable units on a comprehensive floor plan. This is an absolute must for attractive tenants via online marketing.

We are capable of producing accurate BOMA calculations and BOMA plan reports, to help realtors and owners manage tenant contracts.

Floor Plans for Real Estate Marketing

We are a provider of quality floor plans for real estate listings and marketing brochures and websites. The finished product is a digital PDF or JPG file of a floor plan, ideal for real estate marketing.

Our services are utilized by leading real estate companies, their agents and builders for the sales and marketing of homes and commercial buildings.

Deliverables and Additional Services

Basic Deliverables include Digital drawings in PDF and JPG, Cloud-based file delivery and AutoCad DWG format.

• Exterior and interior elevations
• Built-ins including cabinets, counters, ceilings, fixtures, and equipment. Locations of electrical, mechanical and plumbing fixtures in plans. Legends or notes to clearly identify the height of the elements.
• Door and window schedules
• Details including threshold, coping, trim, and millwork

Point Cloud scans and BIM / Revit format files are issued for an additional fee.

Precision

We verify the measurements to 1/4″ for rooms and built-ins for construction purposes. We can reduce accuracy if needed at a discount.

When using 360 degree laser scanning equipment, accuracy is 2mm within spaces up to 32 feet tall.

Note that most rooms are not built truly square horizontally and vertically. We measure accordingly and approximate the best use of measured data for construction purposes.

Area Methods

We generally document floor area according to the International Code Council (ICC) standards for architectural and municipal purposes. Ask us if you need a BOMA plan designed for retail, residential, or net leasable purposes.
